The cycle of anxiety

Hi everyone!

I am working on a brand new course specifically designed for millennials struggling with debilitating anxiety. There are several hurdles associated with 1:1 therapy —the stigma of meeting with a psychologist, the pressure to attend weekly sessions, and in some cases the financial drain. This course is designed to provide YOU with the tools I equip clients within a 1:1 setting but in a self-paced, low-pressure environment. If you are willing to put in the work, the reward is tremendous. Much of the research suggests that anxiety is 100% treatable. While many of the clients I work with know the importance of creating healthy routines and fostering a positive mindset, they have no idea how to start.

I am in the process of designing a self-paced course for healing anxiety that will provide millennials with a detailed program to help you reduce anxiety, interrupt negative thought patterns, and transform your sense of wellbeing.

The program will include:

  • Tools and tips for how to initiate routines, structures, and boundaries in your life

  • Bi-weekly lessons and activities for you to do on your own time that help foster a growth mindset and rewire your thoughts

  • Background information and updates on the current research pertaining to anxiety

  • Scripts and mantras that are proven to calm the sympathetic nervous system (Essentially: thought replacement therapy)
